1 Introduction & Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 6hjas platform and its users. By using the 6hjas website, application, or any of its services, you agree to be bound by each provision of these Terms.

Please note that these Terms may change at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. We therefore recommend checking this page regularly.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account with 6hjas, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must provide true and accurate information — false or misleading information is not acceptable.
• Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account termination.
• You must confirm that you are using the account in your own name and for your own benefit.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Do not share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately at [email protected] or use the site's live chat.

2.3 Identity Verification

6hjas reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time. A national identity card or other valid documents may be requested. If the required information is not provided, the administration reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

3.1 Deposit Terms

The accepted payment methods for deposits at 6hjas are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

Any errors in providing transaction details are the depositor's own responsibility. 6hjas does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — deposits must be made from a method registered in your own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for withdrawals.

Withdrawal requests may not be processed until identity verification is complete. Withdrawals related to any bonus are subject to wagering requirements.

3.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 6hjas does not accept transactions in any other currency.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at 6hjas may receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳22,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 (maximum) → Total balance ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, applied to the bonus amount only — not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be completed to withdraw bonus winnings.

4.3 Other Promotions

6hjas may offer additional promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms, which are stated on the promotions page or in the relevant notification. 6hjas's decision is final in all matters relating to any promotion.

5 VIP Program

Regular members of 6hjas may participate in the VIP Program. This program has four tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular and active participation. 6hjas reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6hjas platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
• Bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of fraud.
• Attempting to play games using software bots or automation tools.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Exploiting technical errors or glitches on the platform.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using third-party payment methods.

Accounts found to be involved in any of the above activities may be immediately closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 General Gaming Terms

All games on 6hjas operate under fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is independently tested.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a technical issue occurs during a game session, 6hjas will make its decision based on stored server logs. 6hjas is not responsible for issues caused by disconnection on the client side.

7.3 Right to Void Bets

If a bet is incorrectly accepted due to a technical error, 6hjas reserves the right to void that bet and the relevant amount will be refunded.

11 Limitation of Liability

6hjas is not responsible for:

12 Account Closure & Suspension

6hjas reserves the right to suspend or close an account for any reason, particularly in cases of breach of these Terms, without prior notice.

Users who wish to close their own account may submit a request via [email protected] or through live chat. Any valid balance will be available to withdraw before the account is closed, however bonus amounts will not be returned if the related wagering conditions have not been met.

13 Dispute Resolution

If the matter cannot be resolved through support, 6hjas will attempt to settle it through a neutral mediation process. In the event of a dispute, 6hjas server logs will be treated as the authoritative record.
